Accerta is hiring a Dental Claims Specialist on a 12-month hybrid contract to enhance dental benefits administration and claims adjudication. Bring your expertise to our team.
This role requires a deep understanding of dental policies, fee guides, and adjudication workflows. As the internal subject matter expert, you will assist in translating business requirements into actionable specifications while collaborating with product teams. Your experience in dental benefits will contribute to quality assurance and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the dental program’s subject matter expert
• Support the testing lifecycle and validate workflows
• Engage in risk management and issue resolution
• Monitor dental claim performance and seek improvements
• Maintain thorough documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
Requirements:
• 5+ years in dental benefit administration or adjudication
• Familiarity with provincial fee guides and coding systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with adjudication or system implementation
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative setup
