Part Time Dental Hygienist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and professional dental team. • Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
• Take digital radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker or similar dental software
• Manage patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure the sterilization of dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks related to patient care when necessary

• Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, especially with pediatric patients or orthodontics
• Proficiency in Tracker or other dental practice management software is desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our multilingual community
• Experience in dental assisting or related roles will be considered an asset

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
