Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $26-$30/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow‑ups with the dental team
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high‑quality care
• Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required
• Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required
• Experience with dental software programs is required
• Strong customer service experience
