Working closely with referring dentists, we strive to deliver a seamless patient experience while helping every individual achieve optimal oral health with confidence.
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Your Role:
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing optionsSupport treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental teamPresent treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, andassistwith payment plansBuild strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up careMaintainaccuratepatient records and ensure smooth scheduling tooptimizechair timeCollaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality careUphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactionsAbout You:
Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment/Scheduling CoordinatorisrequiredKnowledge and understanding ofdental treatment plans and ability to educate patientsisrequiredExperience with dental software programs isrequiredStrongcustomerserviceexperienceApplication Information:
