In this pivotal role, you will oversee strategic initiatives that improve care delivery within Canada’s fastest-growing dental support organization. With a focus on orthodontic growth and sustainable clinical practices, your leadership will significantly influence operational performance and team engagement. Your responsibility includes collaborating with multi-disciplinary partners to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement orthodontic growth strategies across the network

• Shape frameworks for provider-level decision-making based on clinical best practices

• Drive practical adoption of care initiatives with regional leadership

• Launch and manage the Best Care and Total Health initiative

• Create systems to sustain momentum post-initiative rollout

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in multi-site operations or healthcare leadership

• Experience as a regulated dental professional or deep industry knowledge

• Proven record in behavior change program implementation

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Familiarity with orthodontic strategies is an asset
