Dental Administrator (Concierge) – Royce Dental | Etobicoke, ON

Royce Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and service-driven Dental Concierge to join our team in Etobicoke.

As a Dental Concierge, you’re more than a front desk team member—you’re the first impression of the clinic. You help set the tone, build trust with patients, and ensure every experience is smooth from start to finish.

• Welcome patients in person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage and optimize the appointment schedule, including filling last-minute openings
• Handle patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with other offices
• Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Support the clinical team to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service
• Dental or healthcare experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and a patient-first approach
• Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with dental software (Clear Dent, Dentrix, Abel Dent) is an asset
• IPAC certification is a bonus
