Lead and innovate patient care in the ENT and Dentistry Operating Room as a Permanent Team Leader. Collaborate with nursing staff to enhance clinical expertise and ensure top-notch surgical experiences.
This role is pivotal in managing patient care and surgical processes at the Bayview site. The Permanent Team Leader will work closely with the Patient Care Manager and Advanced Practice Nurse to address critical clinical issues. Candidates must possess leadership skills and extensive experience in ENT and Dentistry surgeries, driving staff development and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical patient care in ENT & Dentistry
• Collaborate with management to resolve care issues
• Facilitate staff training in surgical procedures
• Ensure positive perioperative patient experiences
• Model professionalism and effective communication
Requirements:
• Current Ontario registration and B.C.L.S. certificate
• Completion of post-graduate O.R. course
• BScN degree or equivalent
• Significant O.R. experience in ENT & Dentistry
• Charge Nurse or Team Leader experience preferred
