We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who brings both clinical excellence and a strong sense of patient connection - someone who understands that great care isn't just about outcomes, but how people feel while they're in your chair.

• Days, evenings, and weekends required
• Located in Toronto, ON
• Compensation: $50-55/hour

• Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application
• Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies
• Create a comfortable, elevated experience for every patient - focused on trust and attention to detail
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care
• Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
• Registered and in good standing with the CDHO
• Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA)
• IPAC certification

• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule
• Brings a calm, polished, and patient-first approach to every interaction
• Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Is comfortable with dental software and digital workflows

• Experience with iTero scanning and whitening services (e.g., Zoom)
