As the Director of Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience, you’ll shape the future of dental hygiene services within our network. This leadership role requires a passion for coaching and clinical excellence, focusing on mentoring Registered Dental Hygienists. You will develop hygiene strategies while ensuring outstanding patient experiences are delivered consistently across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to Registered Dental Hygienists across clinics

• Develop and implement hygiene standards and best practices

• Support onboarding and ongoing training for new hygienists

• Drive patient care initiatives and improve clinical efficiency

• Enhance practices with digital dentistry and scanners

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing

• 10+ years of clinical hygiene experience

• 5+ years in clinical leadership or mentorship

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario
