We’re Hiring a Director, Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience

Lead the Future of Dental Hygiene. At Anytime Dental Group, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people. Our Registered Dental Hygienists play one of the most important roles in every patient experience—building trust, educating patients, promoting lifelong oral health, and delivering outstanding clinical care.

As we continue to grow across Ontario, we are looking for a Director, Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience to lead, develop, and inspire our team of Dental Hygienists. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate clinical leader who is committed to raising the standard of hygiene care, coaching teams to success, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.

If you’re passionate about leadership, mentorship, clinical excellence, and helping others grow, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

The Director, Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience will provide strategic and operational leadership for Dental Hygiene services across our Anytime Dental network of clinics.

This role is responsible for developing our hygiene strategy, supporting clinical excellence, mentoring hygienists and clinic leaders, driving patient care initiatives, and ensuring consistent standards across all locations. Working closely with Operations, Learning & Development, Clinical Leadership, and our clinic teams, you’ll help build an engaged, high-performing hygiene community.

This is a field-based leadership role requiring regular travel throughout Ontario.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Dental Hygienists across the Anytime Dental Group.
  • Champion exceptional patient care and help create an outstanding patient experience in every clinic.
  • Develop and implement hygiene standards, clinical best practices, and patient care initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing mentorship for new hygienists.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to coach, develop, and retain high-performing hygiene teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, and overall hygiene program performance.
  • Enhance practices by integrating digital dentistry into everyday workflows while providing dental hygienists with practical, hands‑on experience using intraoral scanners.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create engaging education, training, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Monitor key hygiene performance metrics and develop action plans that support both patient care and clinic success.
  • Support recruitment initiatives by assisting with interviews, networking, and employer branding activities.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for hygienists and clinic leaders.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging culture that reflects Anytime Dental Group’s commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical leadership, education, coaching, or mentorship.
  • Leadership or management experience within a dental practice or multi‑site organization is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Invisalign treatment workflows and the iTero intraoral scanner is a strong asset.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and inspire teams through collaboration and support.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and using performance metrics to drive improvement.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario.

Why Join Anytime Dental Group?

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our hygiene…
