An established, multi-specialty dental practice in a busy 9-operatory office (20+ staff) is looking for a dependable, permanent Experienced Dental Administrator/ Treatment Coordinator . Working alongside a dedicated front-desk team, this role focuses on schedule optimization, hygiene coordination, insurance processing, and presenting general and specialty (Ortho, Perio, Endo) treatment plans to patients . It’s an exceptional, long-term fit for an articulate multi-tasker with a cheerful attitude and strong communication skills.

Hours:

38-44 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM (occasional evenings until 7:15 PM as needed)


* Saturdays:
8:30 AM - 2:15 PM (alternating Saturdays)
When working on a Saturday, the candidate gets the leave early on a weekday.

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $31.00 / hour (based on experience and skill set)

Requirements & Skills Needed

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a dental administratorand treatment coordinator with a desire to learn.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient with Dentrix , familiarity with GP and specialty procedures (Ortho, Perio, Endo) , and expertise handling insurance, pre-determinations, and financial estimates.

Communication: Flawless English (verbal and written) with excellent phone etiquette and patient-facing presentation skills.

Certifications: Valid CPR (candidate-funded) plus WHMIS, Health & Safety, Accessibility, and Workplace Violence & Harassment certifications required prior to start (free training links provided).
