In this unique role, you'll blend recruitment with relationship management, coaching, and practice support. Your experience in the dental field will help in attracting talented Associate Dentists throughout Ontario, guiding them through the recruitment process to ensure their long-term success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a pipeline of Associate Dentist candidates
• Engage high-quality clinicians through networking
• Conduct introductory conversations with prospects
• Partner with People & Culture on the recruitment process
• Support recruitment for new clinic openings
Requirements:
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed or previously licensed dentist
• Strong network within Ontario's dental community
• Passion for mentoring and relationship building
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
