The Associate Clinical Lead is vital for guiding Associate Dentists at Anytime Dental Group. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Associate Dentists for success
• Build trusted relationships with clinical teams
• Partner with the Clinical Director on clinical strategy
• Review treatment plans to enhance decision-making
• Conduct clinical chart audits with actionable feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in comprehensive clinical dentistry
• Passion for mentoring and coaching other dentists
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment in treatment options
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario
