In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic oversight of hygiene services, ensuring consistent standards and support for our clinical teams. Collaborate closely with operations and clinic leaders to develop patient care initiatives, while mentoring Registered Dental Hygienists to promote their growth and success. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of dental hygiene at Anytime Dental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach Registered Dental Hygienists organization-wide

• Implement hygiene standards and best practices

• Drive patient care initiatives for improved outcomes

• Oversee onboarding and continuing education for hygienists

• Foster a collaborative culture within hygiene teams

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist with Ontario College certification

• 10+ years as a dental hygienist

• Leadership experience in a dental practice preferred

• Familiarity with Invisalign and digital tools essential

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
