Clinical Onboarding Coach & Recruiter

Enhance the dental profession with Anytime Dental Group as a Clinical Onboarding Coach and Associate Recruiter. Leverage your skills to build relationships and support fellow clinicians in their careers.

This dynamic position is designed for a licensed dentist with the passion and experience needed to attract and mentor Associate Dentists. You will oversee the recruitment process and ensure new Associates achieve successful integration into our clinics across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with dental schools and program partners

• Attend industry events to expand your network

• Conduct conversations to understand candidate goals

• Collaborate with Regional Directors for associate onboarding

• Manage recruitment planning for new clinic launches

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree required

• Licensed dentist with a strong professional network

• Experience in mentoring or coaching dentists

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability to travel across Ontario for events
