Dental Assistant for Oral Surgery

Support a thriving Oral Surgery office in Toronto as a Dental Assistant I or II, scheduled four days a week. Your expertise in surgical procedures and implant systems will be crucial to our team’s success.

This role is designed for a confident, quick-learning individual who excels under pressure. Located at Yonge & St. Clair, you will coordinate treatment plans and assist with various oral surgery tasks to ensure optimal patient care. Key responsibilities will focus on patient interaction, maintaining implant inventory, and following strict sterilization protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist during oral surgery procedures

• Implement infection control and sterilization protocols

• Capture and position patients for imaging

• Operate a Trios intraoral scanner proficiently

• Facilitate communication of treatment plans

Requirements:

• Level I or II Dental Assistant Certification

• Surgical assisting experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Independent work style in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledgeable about Straumann and other implant systems
