• Provide leadership support to enhance clinic efficiency
• Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in a leadership role within multi-site operations
• Proven track record of financial management
• Ability to influence teams effectively without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills and operational oversight
• Proficiency in Excel and operational dashboards
