Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:30 PM

Friday: 7:45 AM-2:30 PM

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $20-$22/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
  • Welcome andassistpatientsupon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
  • Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
  • Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
About You:
  • Minimum 1 year of Dental Administrationexperienceisrequired
  • Experience with dental software programs is required
  • Clinical background is considered anasset
