Senior Dental Administrator

About the Role

Are you an experienced dental administrator ready to take the lead at the front desk? Toothworks Pine Ridge Dental Centre is looking for a Senior Administrator to oversee daily front-office operations, mentor junior admin staff, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout.

• Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and front desk coverage
• Verify and submit insurance claims, manage collections, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Act as the go-to resource for junior receptionists/administrators, providing training and day-to-day guidance
• Monitor and drive operational goals, including new patient growth and case acceptance
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives to build the patient base
• Manage multi-line phone system and ensure a professional, welcoming presence at reception

• Previous dental office experience required, ideally in a senior or lead administrative capacity
• Proficient with computers and Abeldent Dental Practice Management software
• Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance claims processing, and collections
• Proven ability to train, support, and guide administrative team members
