Are you an experienced dental administrator ready to take the lead at the front desk? Toothworks Pine Ridge Dental Centre is looking for a Senior Administrator to oversee daily front-office operations, mentor junior admin staff, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and front desk coverage
Verify and submit insurance claims, manage collections, and resolve billing discrepancies
Act as the go-to resource for junior receptionists/administrators, providing training and day-to-day guidance
Monitor and drive operational goals, including new patient growth and case acceptance
Support marketing and promotional initiatives to build the patient base
Manage multi-line phone system and ensure a professional, welcoming presence at reception
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience required, ideally in a senior or lead administrative capacity
Proficient with computers and Abeldent Dental Practice Management software
Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance claims processing, and collections
Proven ability to train, support, and guide administrative team members
Positive, dependable, and able to bring your best self to work every day
