Position: Regional Director at Anytime Dental
Lead a portfolio of dental clinics with Anytime Dental as a Regional Director in Southern Ontario. Focus on strengthening team performance and operational growth across multiple locations.

As a Regional Director, you’ll collaborate with Clinic Managers, Doctors, and Support Office partners to ensure exceptional patient care and clinic success. Your extensive experience in the dental industry will enable you to enhance local leadership, develop your teams, and achieve sustainable growth. You’ll actively support a culture that promotes accountability and engagement while turning data-driven insights into practical action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Clinic Managers on KPIs and business results

• Analyze financial and operational performance across clinics

• Identify trends and gaps to drive clinic improvement

• Create accountability while enhancing team culture

• Lead change initiatives for new programs and processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership in the dental industry

• Proven experience leading multiple clinic locations

• Strong business acumen and financial literacy

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel regularly within the region
