Schedule: Full-Time
Monday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:30pm

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $26-$31/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:- Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
- Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
- Minimum 2 years of Dental Administrationexperienceisrequired
- Experience with dental software programs is required
- Clinical background is considered anasset
