Pilates Instructor

Duties

• Conduct reformer Pilates classes for individuals or groups
• Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and goals
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of Pilates exercises and techniques
• Monitor and correct clients' form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

• Minimum: 1 year pilates teaching experience
• Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., PMA, BASI, STOTT)
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and equipment
• Experience working with clients of all fitness levels and abilities
• Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and schedule classes
• Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote its practice
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience
• Leadership qualities to guide and inspire clients during their fitness journey
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Part-time

From $35.00 per hour
