Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative design projects across residential, healthcare, institutional, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, project management, with the ability to translate client visions into functional and aesthetically compelling spaces. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of cutting‑edge interior environments.

• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects from initial client consultation through final installation
• Develop comprehensive project plans including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage client relationships and communicate design ideas effectively to ensure project alignment
• Oversee construction documentation, contracts, and specifications ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and lighting specialists for seamless project execution
• Provide expert guidance on lighting sales, lighting design, renovation, remodeling, and construction processes
• Conduct site visits for inspections, quality control, and to oversee remodeling or renovation work
• Assist in sales efforts by presenting design concepts to prospective clients and preparing proposals
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends in interior design innovations, and sustainable practices

• Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
• Experience with project management including budgeting, scheduling, contracts administration, and client communication
• Knowledge of construction processes including remodeling and renovation workflows
• Strong skills in sales presentations related to lighting sales and interior design services
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
