We’re looking for experienced videographers who want to go beyond client work and step into the role of a Kickstarter Creator. You’ll collaborate with our team to launch, manage, and scale crowdfunding campaigns — not just shoot videos, but help bring products to life, raise real capital, and build brands.

• Are tired of one-off client gigs
• Want ownership, upside, and repeat launches
• Are excited by storytelling + performance + product launches

• Collaborate on campaign strategy, narrative, and positioning
• Help shape the visual identity across ads, page assets, and updates
• Work with founders from idea → funded campaign
• Potentially co-own or revenue-share on select launches

• Strong experience in video production (commercial, documentary, branded content)
• Clear storytelling instincts (emotion + clarity)
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, and conversion-focused video
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build, not just deliver files

• You must have a registered business or corporation (LLC, Inc, Ltd, sole proprietorship with registration, etc.)
• Ability to invoice professionally is required

• Kickstarter or crowdfunding experience
• Paid ads, performance marketing, or landing page experience
• Experience working with hardware, consumer products, or startups
• Interest in long-term partnerships or co-creating campaigns

This is not a typical videography job.

• Direct exposure to Kickstarter strategy & execution
