  • Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of designed environments for client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Apply graphic design expertise to develop branding, visual identities, signage, way finding systems, environmental graphics, and other design elements that enhance physical spaces.
  • Develop marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets, and other creative materials to support branding initiatives.
  • Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project.
  • Produce ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ boards to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to ensure cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Partner effectively with all departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time work that meets agency and client expectations.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in both spatial and graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D design, including architectural visualization and environmental branding.
  • Experience creating photorealistic 3D renderings of spaces and environments.
  • Proficiency in software such as Sketch Up, Enscape, Rhino, or equivalent tools for spatial visualization.
  • Experience in experiential marketing is a plus.
