We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to join the Toronto Studio to work across various exciting projects.

The Intermediate Interior Designer is an intermediate-level contributor who plays a key role in design development,documentation, and project coordination. The role includes increased responsibility in producing contract documents and contributing to design direction under the guidance of senior staff.

• Develop design ideas and contribute to the evolution of the overall concept.
• Prepare presentations and design packages with limited oversight.
• Createand develop detailed drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist with FF&E selections, layouts, and schedules

• Coordinate with consultants and disciplines to integrate building systems and interior elements.
• Assist in contract administration tasks including RFIs, shop drawing review, and site visits.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings.
• Track and update product specifications and material boards.
• Ensure all work aligns with the firm’sProject Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems,adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing and documentation protocols.

• Contribute to a positive studio culture through collaboration and mentorship of junior staff.
• Be responsive to feedback and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Able to work in a collaborative, in-office environment (100% in-office presence required to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functional coordination).

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design froma recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Registered Interior Designer in good standing with a provincial interior design association (e.g., AAA, ARIDO,IDA, IDIBC) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design and detailing skills.
• Experience with contract documentation and project coordination.
