Our client is a notable global architecture firm based in Toronto. Their portfolio spans diverse market sectors, includingmercial, retail, residential, industrial, and large-scale mixed-use developments. They are currently looking for an experienced full-time Senior Contract Administrator with at least 10 years of experience to join their team based in Toronto.
Your new role
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will oversee construction administration functions for assigned projects on site and within the office. Your responsibilities include acting as the prime liaison between CMs/General Contractors, Client/Owner and A/E teams during the Construction Phase of Work, carrying out site review visits to monitor the quality and design intent of the contract documents and preparing field site visit reports and distributing them to the team, and attending the Owner, Architect, Contractor site meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in Contract Administration, a diploma/degree in architecture, and experience in large-scale office, institutional and mixed-use projects. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong clientmunication, collaboration and conflict resolution skills are required. You will also have extensive proven experience in contract documents and site reviews of a multitude of project types, including large mixed-use projects, institutional,mercial, and residential.
