How you'll make a difference:

Assist in creating and developing innovative design concepts, solutions while working collaboratively with a team during concept design, space planning, schematic design and design development

Generate, ideate, and design in all phases under supervision

Produce pre-design, design and technical drawings on all phases of a project under supervision

Participate in the technical development of projects during construction documents with the guidance of Project Architects and Senior Technologists.

Take ownership on project tasks and use critical and creative thinking to solve design and technical problems.

Maintain clear communication and coordination within internal team members and team leaders

Support the development of the architectural in-house design production expertise and methodologies

Participate in project pin-ups and design reviews

Attend or participate in client and user facing meetings

Who you are:

Between 1-3 years architectural production/design experience

Intern Architect (or eligible)

Professional Degree in Architecture (does not need to be Canadian School)

Experience using Revit

Proficiency in 3D modeling parametric modeling and visualization using Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) an asset

Strong visual and graphic communication skills

Team oriented and committed collaborator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration

Interested in working in (but not limited to) sectors including Healthcare, Institutional, Science and Technology

$68,000 - $80,000 a year
