Lead Landscape Architect & Construction Administrator

In this leadership role, you'll coordinate project implementations, ensuring communication flows smoothly between contractors, clients, and the design team. Your extensive experience will enhance the quality of urban and institutional landscape projects while managing project complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site reviews to ensure compliance with designs
• Track project budgets and manage payment certifications
• Facilitate site and progress meetings for all stakeholders
• Issue change notices and site instructions as needed
• Support risk mitigation efforts throughout construction phases
Requirements:
• Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture preferred
• 10–20 years of construction experience in large public projects
• Strong technical knowledge in landscape project execution
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
