Figure3 is currently seeking a Project Designer, Workplace
.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Workplace Team on the development and implementation of design solutions for corporate clients.

• Contribute to intelligent, innovative, and sustainable design solutions
• Contribute to all project phases, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Curate materials and finishes selections for various types of projects
• Co‑ordinate activities and build positive relationships with clients, industry partners and suppliers
• Build strong design solutions leveraging your Sketch Up, Photoshop and InDesign skillsets
• Select furniture to support design solutions
• Produce construction working drawing packages
• Create millwork drawings and details
• Contribute to internal Figure3 process improvements and other initiatives
• University or College graduate in Interior Design or other relevant discipline
• Ideally, a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Strong AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and InDesign skills essential;
  Revit skills are beneficial
• Demonstrated understanding of design for both large and small workplace projects
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
• Understanding of millwork construction
• Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills

Base Salary range: $40,000 – $55,000
