Figure3 is currently seeking a  Project Designer, Workplace .

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Workplace Team on the development and implementation of design solutions for corporate clients.

Key Accountabilities

Contribute to intelligent, innovative, and sustainable design solutions

Contribute to all project phases, ensuring high quality and timely delivery

Curate materials and finishes selections for various types of projects

Co‑ordinate activities and build positive relationships with clients, industry partners and suppliers

Build strong design solutions leveraging your Sketch Up, Photoshop and InDesign skillsets

Select furniture to support design solutions

Produce construction working drawing packages

Create millwork drawings and details

Contribute to internal Figure3 process improvements and other initiatives

University or College graduate in Interior Design or other relevant discipline

Ideally, a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience

Strong AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and InDesign skills essential;
Revit skills are beneficial

Demonstrated understanding of design for both large and small workplace projects

Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings

Understanding of millwork construction

Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to multiple stakeholders

Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills

Base Salary range: $40,000 – $55,000
