Bim Technician Revit, Autocad, Sketchup Inc

Overview

BIM Technician (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up) – Duration:
Contract until Oct 2026 (extension/conversion possible).

Location:

Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite).

• Create and maintain BIM models representing existing building conditions.
• Convert 2D drawings, PDFs, and sketches into 3D models.
• Update models based on verified site conditions and project feedback.
• Populate models with asset data, metadata, and parameters.
• Generate plans, elevations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and BIM standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate revisions and updates.

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
• Familiarity with BIM modeling standards and workflows.
• Experience with asset tagging, metadata, and parameters within Revit.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Qualified, proactive, and adaptable approach.

Hands-on production-focused role within a large enterprise environment. Prospective to support large-scale modernization initiatives. Performance measured through accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standards.
