Restaurant Brands International Inc. is looking for a Design Manager with a strong background in architecture or interior design. This role requires leadership in executing design projects for Tim Hortons, enhancing the brand through effective communication with internal teams and restaurant owner clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt design standards for specific modern projects

• Demonstrate drawing and sketching skills for planning

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Interior Design or Architecture

• 5+ years of experience in design development

• Proficient in AutoCAD (v.2018 or newer)

• Familiar with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office

• Experience in retail and restaurant design
