Step into a leadership role with MG2 as an Architectural Team Lead - Entitlements in Toronto, ON. Oversee commercial retail projects and new warehouse developments across Canada, guiding design and client relations.
Join a collaborative Client Programs Market team at MG2, affiliated with Colliers Engineering & Design. In this senior role, you'll lead project development phases while actively managing relationships with owners and consultants. Your focus will be on enacting site plans and ensuring quality deliverables in alignment with architectural guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project development from conception to delivery
• Lead architectural design and quality control processes
• Participate in construction cost management and scheduling
• Communicate project status and negotiate scope changes
• Mentor junior staff and encourage professional growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Over 8 years of architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
• Licensure preferred with strong documentation experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
