Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the design team towards innovative solutions

• Develop design initiatives that coincide with client goals

• Act as primary contact for major client projects

• Oversee design projects ensuring exceptional quality

Requirements:

• NCIDQ certification or Architect license essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

• At least 15 years of design experience, 5 in leadership

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative projects

• Strong communication and project management skills
