Architectural Design Assistant at CF Development

Support the CF Development's design initiatives as an Architectural Design Assistant. This role involves CAD drafting and coordinating design materials for impactful presentations.

You will work closely with the in-house design team to assist in compiling design documents and assist in space planning and concept design. This position requires not only creativity but also the ability to translate complex ideas into CAD models. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for collaboration with external and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and format design presentations for various teams

• Assist in drafting and modeling design concepts

• Coordinate designs and drawings into cohesive packages

• Present design ideas and feedback to team members

• Research and implement new design innovations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design

• At least 1 year in an architecture-related role

• Familiarity with CAD software and design tools

• Understanding of retail design principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
