Shape Toronto's landscape as the Urban Design Lead s role requires a minimum of 10 years as a registered Landscape Architect, focusing on collaborative project management.
As Regional Lead in Urban Design, you'll oversee the Landscape Architecture team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will mentor junior landscape architects and ensure projects meet local standards. Your creativity will be key in developing innovative design solutions while collaborating with a diverse range of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the landscape architecture team across the GTA
• Mentor intern landscape architects for their growth
• Prepare and review design briefs and technical reports
• Ensure project compliance with local standards
• Conduct site inspections and assist with contract management
Requirements:
• Qualified degree in Landscape Architecture
• At least 10 years of experience as a registered Landscape Architect
• Membership in OALA and CSLA
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong project management and business development skills
Utilize your design leadership and landscape expertise to create impactful urban projects in Toronto.
