IQ's ICM products. We're on the lookout for a Principal Product Designer seasoned in B2B SaaS and enterprise architecture.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Incentive Compensation Management product. This role demands a robust design background, focusing on complex systems and influencing strategy at various organizational levels. You’ll be responsible for mentoring other designers and strengthening team collaboration within the product environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the design strategy for ICM

• Mentor and coach design teams across the organization

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership

• Review and elevate design work across initiatives

• Communicate design direction effectively to executives

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of B2B SaaS product design experience

• Exceptional skills in UX, UI, and system design

• Effective communication and leadership capabilities

• Proven ability to influence without formal authority

• Comfort working within complex, data-driven environments
