ACCIONA is looking for a skilled Architectural Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead the construction of architectural finishes for the ECWE. This role involves managing compliance with design specifications, contractor performance, and safety standards while supporting innovative construction methods. You will make a significant impact on sustainable urban mobility initiatives in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural finishes construction for stations and structures

• Ensure quality and safety compliance with project specifications

• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for seamless integration

• Oversee inspections, quality checks, and mock-ups

• Manage change orders, RFIs, and technical submittals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• 10+ years managing large-scale architectural projects

• Knowledge of transit architecture and public infrastructure

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with Canadian building codes and standards
