Position: Lead Interior Designer for Gensler Labs

In this senior role, you will lead interior design initiatives focusing on technology labs. With over 12 years of experience and expertise in lab design, you will ensure excellence throughout the design process. Your skills in Revit and collaboration with diverse teams will make a significant impact on project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion

• Engage in design iterations and 3D modeling activities

• Collaborate with external partners to meet budget goals

• Guide junior designers in high-level project execution

• Foster solid client relationships and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 12 years in lab design

• NCIDQ certification is mandatory

• Proficient in Revit, Sketch Up, and visualization tools

• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices
