Make a difference in community planning as an Intermediate Urban Designer age in a variety of projects that foster urban vibrancy and inclusivity.
This position involves working collaboratively on cutting-edge urban design solutions from initial visioning to final implementation. You will interact with clients and diverse stakeholders, guiding the stakeholder engagement processes while creating impactful communication materials to support your designs.
Responsibilities Contribute to planning and design activities across projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communities
Lead public engagement initiatives, summarizing input
Conduct analysis for informed design and policy creation
Develop communication materials, including reports and visuals
Requirements Master’s degree preferred in relevant field
5–10 years of urban design experience
Proficiency in visual representation and design tools
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Organized and proactive in managing project complexities
