This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of architectural experience, including 5 years dedicated to defence projects. You'll lead the design process, coordinating with internal engineers and managing multiple concurrent projects that serve Canada’s Armed Forces. As a cornerstone of our Ontario team, you'll nurture client relationships and ensure successful project delivery within a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design process in high-security infrastructure projects

• Develop project frameworks and manage resources effectively

• Produce innovative design concepts and client presentations

• Guide project teams to successful documentation and delivery

• Conduct site reviews and oversee construction processes

Requirements:

B. Arch or M. Arch with 15 years of experience

• Minimum 5 years in defence-related architectural projects

• Registration with a provincial regulatory board

• Proficiency in Revit and strong communication skills

• Proven leadership in projects valued over $25 million
