As a Senior Manager within the Workplace Design & Experience team, you’ll guide projects in alignment with CIBC’s high design standards. Leverage your 10+ years in architecture or interior design to ensure successful project delivery from concept to occupancy. Collaboration with diverse teams and strategic analysis will drive effective design solutions that reflect the CIBC brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and construction oversight for workplace projects

• Develop and implement design standards organization-wide

• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams

• Analyze industry trends and recommend strategic design changes

• Create visually compelling communications for stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in architecture or interior design

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong verbal and visual communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
