Join Clio as a Staff Product Designer and contribute to evolving legal AI solutions. This role calls for a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
As a vital member of Clio’s Product Design team, you will utilize your 7+ years of design expertise to influence the design process. You will own intricate design challenges within the Platform team and guide the strategic direction and execution of design initiatives. Use your storytelling capabilities to advocate for user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape design strategies in partnership with key stakeholders
• Execute comprehensive end-to-end design frameworks
• Support team members through mentorship and feedback
• Foster alignment across design efforts
• Encourage innovative approaches to problem-solving
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership
• Exceptional communication and UX research capabilities
• Proven experience in SaaS design
• Systems thinking in collaborative environments
