As a Senior Technical Designer with GFT's Building & Places Group, you will be instrumental in driving architectural innovation. This position spans every project phase, from design to construction documentation. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in construction detailing, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive construction drawing packages

• Translate designs into coordinated and buildable documentation

• Develop wall assemblies and building envelope systems

• Coordinate with various consultants for integrated drawing sets

• Conduct QA/QC reviews of drawings for compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technologist Program

• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and planning processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
