Your expertise in large projects will be essential for creating high-quality designs and managing various project aspects, including changes and compliance with industry standards. This position allows for the development of contract administration skills and the opportunity for onsite visits.

• Develop comprehensive Revit drawings, including section details
• Collaborate with MEP and other sub-consultants
• Handle permits and manage design adaptations proactively
• Ensure adherence to codes and regulations
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders

• A degree in Architecture or relevant technologist credentials
• Minimum 3 years in producing construction drawings
• Two years of direct Revit application experience
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario zoning standards
• Solid software proficiency in Revit and design tools
