Waterfront Toronto seeks a dedicated Project Manager for its Planning and Design team. This full-time role involves overseeing the design and construction of parks while ensuring compliance with sustainability and design excellence standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and construction of parks and public realm projects
• Produce project deliverables, including drawings and documents
• Secure necessary approvals from regulatory authorities
• Develop budgets and monitor project schedules
• Manage consultant contracts and communications
Requirements:
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or Engineering
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of public realm design and construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
