As part of the Client Programs Market, you will oversee all phases of project development, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Your leadership will bridge design and construction phases, driving success through strategic planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project initiation, design, and delivery phases
• Participate in the architectural design and quality assurance
• Collaborate on cost management and timeline scheduling
• Maintain clear communications with clients and project teams
• Promote skill development among junior staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture required
• 8+ years of architectural experience necessary
• Proficient in Revit, Auto-CAD, and Microsoft Office
• Architectural licensure preferred with document coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excel in architectural leadership and client service at MG2, influencing significant commercial developments in Toronto.
