OLG Building Planning Manager Position

Elevate workplace design as OLG's Building Planning Manager. Drive office planning, furniture solutions, and interior design to match corporate standards and requirements.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic plans for corporate office spaces h your background in commercial interior design, you will ensure that all designs are functional, engaging, and aligned with brand values. You will also manage feasibility studies for optimal workplace setups, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office space planning and regulatory compliance

• Lead innovative design approaches for evolving workplaces

• Collaborate with stakeholders for tailored space solutions

• Create effective feasibility and seating optimization plans

• Analyze space transitions for incoming staff or projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial design

• Knowledge of AODA and building codes

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
